We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. However, we keep a few same-day slots open for urgent requests.
No problem! You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment.
You can pay securely online using Stripe after confirming your booking. For recurring clients, your card will only be charged after each completed service.
Not necessarily. Many of our Calgary clients prefer to leave access instructions — our insured and background-checked team handles the rest safely and respectfully.
Yes! Whenever possible, we assign the same Sparkle Specialist for consistency and comfort.
